Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the
fully funded PhD scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Master's Degree
· Bi-national Master's Degree: Alternatively, applicants
may hold a second-level degree, such as a double/multiple degree or joint
degree. They have the flexibility to choose which degree to declare or apply
with the joint degree.
· Additional Conditions: If the applicant's degree will be
obtained after the application deadline (07 July 2023), it may still be
considered if obtained by October 31, 2023.
